Web Conferencing

National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics

Net (or web) Conferencing will provide participants with Internet access the ability to view our speakers' PowerPoint presentations live when they are displayed during the hearing. The URL to access the presentations via the My Meetings page during the hearing is:

Please feel free to access the website prior to the meeting to become familiar with the website and functionality. To access Net conferencing:

  • Enter your first and last name in the fields provided. The remaining text fields are optional.
  • You must check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Conferencing Privacy Policy. Please note that the Privacy Policy is available if you click on the words "Privacy Policy".
  • Click on the Proceed button.
  • You will need MS Installer software to access Net Conferencing. If it is not currently installed on your computer, you will be prompted with the option of installing the application. Follow the instructions to download MS Installer.
  • Please note that you may experience a slight delay before the Instant Net Conference - Live Meeting screen displays.
  • On the day of the meeting, the speakers' presentations will be displayed in the upper right-hand side of your screen. This screen will appear blank until presentations have been loaded.
  • Your name should appear as an attendee in the list on the lower left-hand side of the screen.
