Planning Meeting Objectives:

Align NCVHS projects and priorities with Department goals: Review activities, plans and goals of the Committee, Subcommittee and Workgroups for 2007 and early 2008
Identify cross-cutting issues and possible synergies across subcommittees and workgroups, as well as with other groups and entities
Review Committee Organization, and member participation, to increase effectiveness (Are we optimally configured and positioned to do our best work?)
Identify our successes, weaknesses and "lessons learned"
Complete work on the HIPAA 8th Report
Clarify our role, positioning and view on Health IT agenda
